It is not necessary be a designer neither have an excellent good taste for build an inviting and pretty site, for this is sufficient follow some basic rules that I learned during long years of experience in the internet and that now I will transmit for those that are initiating itself in the art of build sites:

1. A site should exhibit a minimum of banners, pop-ups and animations, these animations, specially those that need to be closed (pop-ups) and that are acquaintances as blinks irritate the visitor that seeks a peaceful and of good taste environment in a site and not an interminable blink of animations that tire the eyes and move away the visitors.

2. It is not sufficient that an assembly of colors be pretty, is indispensable that it offer comfort and facility of reading. If the background is dark the text should be clear and itself the background is clear the text should be dark. This contrast is essential for facilitate the reading of the content of the site and will do with that the visitor fill itself comfortable and attracted to come back other times to your website.

3. Does not utilize strong colors in the background, as black and red, the clearest colors are the more recommended, you can utilize similar colors, like the brown one and the cream, the blue one and the marine and green dark and the green clear. These assemblies of colors do not tire the eyes of the visitors and are inviting and pretty.

4. The home page, or main page, should be summarized to the maximum, avoiding those extensive pages that challenge the patience of any visitor. You will be able to present the title, the menu and what will go really indispensable, the ideal is that all the page can be visualized in a screen of 800x600 pixels without the scroll bars exhibition.

5. Utilizes dozens of tables for better organize the content of your site, is sad enter in a site where the objects were put randomly or without a centralization or logical order. Centralizes and distribute all the content of your site, occupying the smaller space possible and you will obtain a pretty and of good taste result.
