don´t accept blogs, only sites.

We
don´t accept applications for
more than one award of each time.

We
don´t approve sites with broken
links, with unloaded images or under
construction.

|
We
don´t approve password protected
sites or they that present excess of
pop-ups windows (more than one).
|
|
|
|
|
5.
|
If
there is background music in your site,
an "off" feature must be provided
and if exist a flash intro, must have
a link to skip.
|
|
|
|
|
6.
|
We
don´t accept sites with any type
of pornography, discrimination, prejudice,
polemical topics or incitement to violence
or to crime, even that the object in
question is part of a poetry, message
or the guest book, or that it contains
links for sites with such contents.
|
|
|
|
|
7.
|
We
don´t approve sites that encourage
any type of vice or that have any topic
or material considered illegal.
|
|
|
|
|
8.
|
Sites
that compel the visitors to vote, to
make a download or to whom they require
prizes to sign guestbooks will be declassified.
|
|
|
|
|
9.
|
Sites
in all languages are welcome, but sites
in Portuguese, English, Spanish and
Italian, or sites that possess versions
translated into these languages will
be approved with more easiness.
|
|
|
|
|
10.
|
Only
the webmaster or the responsible for
the site will apply for the awards,
he needs to have more than 18 years
old and can apply, in the maximum, for
three awards.
|
|
|
|
|
11.
|
We
accept only personal sites, without
lucrative purposes, and sites that contain
only links, without proper content will
be declassified.
|
|
|
|
|
12.
|
The
site must respect the copyrights and
don´t divulge texts of unknown
authors.
|
|
|
|
|
13.
|
The
awards must be placed in the appropriate
page with a link for the site that granted
it, as explained in the email of notification
of the awarding.
|
|
|
|
|
14.
|
The
awards will not be able, in hypothesis
none, to be resized or to be modified,
having to be kept its original characteristics.
|
|
|
|
|
15.
|
In
case that the site suffers to significant
modifications in its content after the
concession of the award, the webmaster
will have to request a reevaluation
of the site to continue to show the
award.
|
|
|
|
|
16.
|
The
result, in general, is sent in the stated
period of one week, except at special
times as christmas and vacations. In
case that the order of the award has
been denied, webmaster will have to
wait ninety days before requesting it
again. If the order will be denied two
times will be definitive.
|
|
|
|
|
17.
|
When
requesting award the petitioner declares
that know these rules and that stay
in accordance with our judgment, not
fitting any claims.
