Much
of the infrastructure necessary to meet the 2016 Olympic Games
already exist, it has been used successfully in the 2007 Pan
American Games and will soon begin undergoing profound reforms,
such as the Maracanã Stadium and Maracanãzinho
Gymnasium. This item certainly influenced the coming of the
2016 Olympic Games to Rio de Janeiro, against richest proposals
of cities such as Chicago and Tokyo.

Lula has already committed to the project and there are plenty
of resources for the improvement of aspects such as traffic
